I agree that if I decide to adopt the foster animal, that I will abide by all the rescue guidelines including, but not limited to: keeping the dog on heartworm and flea/tick prevention, having the animal fixed when age approprite, and keeping the animal up to date on vaccines.
I agree to allow a representative from Sunny Paws Rescue to do a home visit or video-call visit if requested.
I agree to contact Sunny Paws Rescue immediately if the animal becomes ill, bites someone, or goes missing.
I will provide fresh food, water, fresh litter (if applicable), plenty of exercise and playtime daily. I will give medication as directed when applicable.
I agree to provide an update to Sunny Paws Rescue on the animal's progress and contact the rescue with any quetions or concerns.
I agree to always transport the animal safely whether it be in a carrier, kennel, crate or restrained in a vehicle in a proper manner.
I am aware that a foster will need time to adjust to a new routine, new family, and new surroundings. In addition, I am aware that the animal may need training in basic house manners. We ask that you keep the animal for a minimum of seven days to give the animal time to adjust.
I agree to carefully introduce the new animal to the existing animals, children and household members.
I understand that Sunny Paws Rescue will find this animal a home and that I am not to adopt or give away this animal to anyone unless approved by Sunny Paws Rescue.
I understand that Sunny Paws Rescue will pay for any medical expenses that may arise ONLY if the animal is taken to a vet approved by Sunny Paws Rescue, except in the case of a life-threatening emergency.
I certify that all the information I have provided on this application is true and accurate, and I understand that any falsification may result in the nullifaction of fostering.
